With the involvement of the Italian Association of Lean Managers and “Liceo Classico Giacomo Leopardi”, Macerata, Tecne90 brought students discovering Nuova Simonelli, a leading company in the coffee machines business.
The aim of this project is to introduce young people to the local productive fabric and help them to be aware of the job opportunities offered by the region, giving the chance to gain experience in cutting-edge sectors and in management methods, such as Lean Production.
This project is just the beginning of Tecne90’s commitment to strengthen the collaboration between school system and local business fabric and promote youth employment.
