1) TPU FORM MOULDING

We have become sector leaders in the transformation of TPU moulds into any imaginable application (hardnesses from 50 SH-A to 70 SH-D). Naturally, our moulding process occurs in mono- and bi-materials up to three colours.
We can mould TPU onto:

• Hides
• Leather
• Synthetics
• Other materials

Our production process is strictly subject to rigorous quality controls in order to immediately identify any eventual anomalies.
Our manufacturing utilises SP480 T-2 presses by MAIN GROUP. These presses represent the latest technology in order to ensure the highest levels of quality and production throughput.

 

2) TECHNICAL MOULDING

This is another technology where we are leaders in the class.
This technology allows us to apply, through injection stamping processes, soft materials on varied insert materials (metal, plastic, wood) even if the surfaces are excessively profiled. We also can effectuate the implementation of the insert.
The sectors where we are active include:
fitness – health and medical – electromedical – promotional – housewares – automotive.

We work with our associated company DUE G STAMPI which is primarily involved with the fabrication of the moulds and various equipment for both the technical and footwear markets. Thus we are able to provide moulds for all of the various types of materials.
This synergy allows us to be competitive in an industry sector which often demands an integration of the two production disciplines. The advantages of a production process which amalgamates both sides can be considerable.
In order to transform your idea into a tangible product, we offer our expertise and our technical facilities equipped with an advanced CAD 3D system for the three-dimensional modeling of the product and a CAM system which allows us to create the moulds through a 3, 4, or 5 axis process.
