Our design process is implemented via five computer terminals operated by highly skilled personnel utilizing CAD-CAM at 3 and 5 axis.

2 – MILLING

Our production processes occur through the most advanced high speed milling machines equipped with CNC Fidia at 3, 4, & 5 axis.

The moulds are fabricated utilizing the highest quality materials from highly trusted suppliers who guarantee their calibre. The combination of quality materials and production processes allow us to manufacture products with superlative reliability and performance characteristics.

In the footwear market, we are capable of fabricating moulds of any type taking your idea directly to a tangible, physical product.
Our moulds allow for every imaginable type of form, colour and material moulding.
Prior to delivery, all of our moulds are tested by TECNE 90, our affiliated company also owned and operated by the Rogante brothers, which operates in a symbiotic relationship with DUE G to guarantee that all products adhere to the highest possible standards.

We are also active in the technical sector where we fabricate moulds that can implement metal, plastic and wood inserts.

3 - SERVICES

Our products have been highly successful on the domestic front, but also throughout the European and American markets as well.

At the end of the '90s, with the explosion of information technologies, the company invested in sophisticated and advanced computer systems and specific software which allows us to design forms and moulds directly on the computers and to transfer the data directly to the milling machinery. Our tradition of craftsmanship, however, demands that the final finish be applied by hand to guarantee the ultimate superiority of the product.
