The company was constituted in 1990 as part of an entrepreneurial initiative of the Rogante brothers. The first mould fabrications were primarily dedicated to the footwear market. The company evolved into providing moulds for the technical sector as well. From the very inception of the company, the onus was on introducing significant technological innovations to the production processes. When the first CNC (numerical control) machines made their debut, the managing partners decided to invest in this technology in order to allow for a reduction in production times and the increased quality of the finished products.

At the end of the '90s, with the explosion of information technologies, the company invested in sophisticated and advanced computer systems and specific software which allows us to design forms and moulds directly on the computers and to transfer the data directly to the milling machinery. Our tradition of craftsmanship, however, demands that the final finish be applied by hand to guarantee the ultimate superiority of the product.
